摘  要:可通过紫外光(UV)进行光固化的环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)材料具有硬度大、光泽高、耐热性好、耐化学腐蚀性等优异特点,是目前应用最广泛、用量最大的光固化树脂,在UV光固化材料领域具有广泛的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。但EA固化膜也存在着固化膜柔韧性差、吸水率低、环保性能差、力学性能差等缺点,限制了其在高技术领域的应用。因此,如何改善EA柔韧性、热性能,降低吸水率,提高环保性能、力学性能等成了国内外学者一直持续关注研究问题。综述近年来EA的研究进展,并对其未来发展进行了展望。Ultraviolet(UV)curable epoxy acrylate(EA)material has the excellent characteristics of high hardness,high gloss,good heat resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and so on.It is the most widely used and used UV-curable resin at present.It has a wide application value and broad market prospect in the field of UV-curable materials.However,EA curing film also has some disadvantages such as poor flexibility,low water absorption,poor environmental performance and poor mechanical performance,which limit its application in high-tech field.Therefore,how to improve the flexibility and thermal properties of EA,reduce water absorption rate,improve environmental performance,mechanical properties and so on has become a continuous concern of scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,the research progress of EA in recent years is reviewed,and its future development is prospected.
