摘  要:对30Cr2Ni2Mo特厚超大尺寸锻件淬火冷却过程进行数值模拟。通过对比水冷、油冷和水空交替三种冷却方式的数值模拟结果,最终确立水空交替冷却的工艺方案。模拟结果表明,水空交替冷却的淬火工艺可有效减小锻件整体的淬火应力梯度,同时可以让锻件获得足够的淬火冷速,满足锻件的性能要求。This paper numerically simulates the quenching and cooling process of the extra thick 30Cr2Ni2Mo large forgings.By comparing the numerical simulation results of water cooling,oil cooling and water-air alternate cooling,the water-air alternate cooling process is finally selected.Simulation results show that quenching process of water-air alternate cooling is able to effectively reduce the quenching stress gradient of the whole forging,and at the same time allows the forging part to obtain sufficient quenching cooling speed to meet the performance requirements of the forgings.
