摘　　要：离合器压盘做动平衡测试及去重处理时,由于去重位置及质量受限而不能将测得的不平衡量直接去除。对此,根据矢量计算方法设计计算软件,按照压盘能够去重的要求进行不平衡量分解计算。实验表明,该程序的计算结果准确,为不平衡量分解计算提供方便。When the clutch pressure plate is subjected to dynamic balance test and weight removal,the unbalance can not be directly removed due to the restriction of position of weight removal and the weight.Therefore,calculation software is designed according to the vector calculation method,and unbalance decomposition calculation is carried out according to the requirements which can ensure weight removal of the pressure plate.The test shows that the calculation result of this procedure is accurate,and can provide convenience for calculation of unbalance decomposition.
