医改视角下公立医院价格管理的实践研究

摘　　要：我国卫生健康委、医保局颁布出台多项规定,要求公立医院开展运营管理要以人民健康为中心,对价格管理进行加强,完善相关机制,对医疗价格实施有效的动态调整,在为患者提供高质量的医疗服务的同时,对医疗费用进行有效控制,实现对医疗价格的有效规范,促进综合医改增强实效,为公立医院树立良好的社会信誉,提高患者及其家属对医院的满意度。因此,对公立医院而言,价格管理对其整体运营和长远发展具有至关重要的影响。公立医院要加强对价格管理的重视,对内控体系进行完善,并采取有效措施实现对内控管理的有效加强。本文简述公立医院价格管理环境现状,浅析医改背景下公立医院价格管理现状,探究医改视角下公立医院加强价格管理的措施,以期为公立医院实施价格管理提供借鉴。Our country's Health and Health Commission and Medical Insurance Bureau have promulgated a number of regulations,requiring that the operation and management of public hospitals should focus on people's health,strengthen price management and improve relevant mechanisms,implement effective dynamic adjustment of medical prices to effectively control medical expenses while providing high-quality medical services to patients,realizing effective regulation of medical prices,promoting comprehensive medical reform and enhance effectiveness,establishing a good social reputation for public hospitals,and improving the satisfaction of patients and their families with the hospital.Therefore,for public hospitals,price management has a crucial impact on their overall operations and long-term development.Public hospitals should pay more attention to price management,improve the internal control system,and take effective measures to effectively strengthen internal control management.This paper briefly describes the current situation of price management environment in public hospitals,analyzes the current situation of price management in public hospitals under the background of medical reform,and explores the measures to strengthen price management in public hospitals from the perspective of medical reform,in order to provide reference for public hospitals to implement price management.
