摘 要:目的分析院前急救救护车与急救物品的有效细节管理措施和效果。方法本次对象为2020年1月—2022年1月廊坊市卫生急救中心急救科院前急救医护人员40名,据随机数表法分为两组。对照组20名医护人员采用常规管理措施,研究组20名医护人员采用有效细节管理措施,统计两组的管理效果。结果和对照组相比,研究组医护人员无菌包清点时间、药品清点时间及其他清点时间更短,服务态度、急救技能、操作技能、急救质量、出诊流程评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组急救物品使用不合理率为10.00%,低于对照组的45.00%,满意度为98.33%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在危重症患者院前急救时,加强救护车、急救物品的细节管理,可提高患者的急救效果,提升急救工作质量和患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effective detailed management measures and effects of pre-hospital ambulances and first-aid items.Methods The subjects of this study were 40 former emergency medical staff in the emergency department of Langfang Sanitary Emergency Center from January 2020 to January 2022.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups.20 medicial staff in the control group adopted routine management measures,20 medical staff in the study group adopted effective detailed management measures,and the management effects of two groups were counted.Results Compared with the control group,the medical staff in the study group had shorter time to count sterile packs,time to count drugs and other counts,and higher scores for service attitude,first aid skills,operational skills,first aid quality,and outpatient procedures,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of unreasonable use of first aid items in the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 45.00%in the control group,and the satisfaction rate was 98.33%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the pre-hospital first aid of critically ill patients,strengthening the detailed management of ambulances and first-aid items can improve the first-aid effect of patients,improve the quality of first-aid work and patient satisfaction.
