医学院校实验室生物安全问题与对策研究

摘　　要：医学院校实验室生物安全问题的解决,是发挥实验室效能的关键所在,但当前医学院校实验室生物安全管理仍然存在诸多不足,比如实验室人员安全意识薄弱、对污染状态的了解不全面,各项安全监督管理机制不健全,导致医学院校实验室的应用存在诸多生物安全问题。因此医学院校加强对实验室生物安全的管理具有重要意义。医学院校要通过多元化的管理手段,提高管理水平,比如加大安全管理力度、落实安全意识培训,促进安全硬件建设,完善各个环节的管理方法,实现管理的全面落地,将生物安全问题控制在摇篮之中。The solution of laboratory biosafety problems in medical colleges is the key to exerting laboratory efficiency.However,there are still many deficiencies in the current laboratory biosafety management in medical schools,such as weak safety awareness of laboratory personnel and incomplete understanding of pollution status.Various safety supervision and management mechanisms are not perfect,resulting in many biosafety problems in the application of medical college laboratories.Therefore,it is of great significance for medical schools to strengthen the management of laboratory biosafety.Medical colleges should improve their management level through diversified management methods,for example,increase the intensity of safety management,implement safety awareness training,promote the construction of safety hardware,and improve the management methods of each link,realize the comprehensive implementation of management,and control biosecurity issues in the cradle.
