摘  要:目的探讨在医院医务管理中采用细节管理的应用效果及对自我管理评分的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月中国航天科工集团七三一医院实施管理的工作人员50名,根据随机摸球法均分为两组,各25名,对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予细节管理,对两组的管理质量、相关知识知晓情况、自我管理评分及管理满意度进行比较。结果观察组管理态度、沟通能力、操作能力、环境管理评分较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后观察组相关知识知晓情况较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后观察组自我管理评分较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理满意度(96.00%)较对照组(72.00%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用细节管理在医院医务管理中,可改善管理质量,提升相关知识知晓情况,提高自我管理评分,提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in hospital medical management and its impact on self-management scores.Methods A total of 50 staff members who implemented management in 731 Hospital of China Aerospace Science and Industry Group from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random touch method,with 25 in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given detailed management.The management quality,related knowledge awareness,self-management scores and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of management attitude,communication ability,operation ability and environmental management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the awareness of relevant knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the self-management score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detail management in hospital medical management can improve the quality of management,enhance the awareness of relevant knowledge,improve self-management scores,and improve management satisfaction.
