摘　　要：重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)是一种专门针对危重患者进行强化治疗的病区,ICU汇集了目前国内最尖端的仪器设备,可以对患者进行全面监控和辅助,以保证病情稳定,抢救生命。但是,ICU病房的先进仪器不但造价昂贵,而且其运用和管理直接关系到ICU的医疗品质和患者的安全。ICU是衡量一个医院整体医疗应急能力的重要指标,是一间专门为危重患者提供强化护理的病区,汇集了全院最尖端的医疗设备,对预后差、病死率高的患者进行监控和处理。做好医疗器械的安全工作是保证患者的生命健康和预防事故发生的一个关键步骤。然而,国内的仪器管理仍处于“护士长兼管”的层次,因护士长行政工作繁杂、管理体系不完善或不严格,经常会导致仪器的遗失、损毁,严重地妨碍ICU的抢救工作开展。经过多年的摸索,应用ICU病房仪器管理路径干预,提高仪器的使用效果,有利于保证仪器的正常运转,保障抢救工作的顺利进行。本次研究就ICU病房仪器管理路径开展综述。Intensive Care Unit(ICU)is a ward specially designed for intensive treatment of critically ill patients.ICU brings together the most advanced domestic instruments and equipment,which can comprehensively monitor and assist patients to ensure stable conditions and save lives.However,the advanced instruments in the ICU ward are not only expensive,but also their use and management are directly related to the medical quality of the ICU and the safety of patients.The ICU is an important indicator to measure the overall medical emergency capability of a hospital.It is a ward dedicated to providing intensive care for critically ill patients,bringing together the most cutting-edge medical equipment in the hospital.Monitor and manage patients with poor prognosis and high mortality.Doing a good job in the safety of medical devices is a key step to ensure the life and health of patients and prevent accidents.However,the domestic equipment management is still at the level of"manager of the nurse".Due to the complicated administrative work of the head nurse and the imperfect or strict management system,the loss and damage of the equipment often lead to the loss and damage of the equipment,which seriously hinders the rescue work of the ICU.After years of exploration,the ICU ward instrument management path intervention is applied to improve the use effect of the instrument.It is beneficial to ensure the normal operation of the instrument and ensure the smooth progress of the rescue work.This study summarizes the path of instrument management in ICU wards.
