浅议医德建设“六维一体”实施策略

摘　　要：医德建设是推动医学发展、建设健康中国的关键环节和重要保障。医德养成和践行需要经过知、情、意、行四个层级,立足四个层级协同实施医德培训“三统”方针、医德情感“四感”养成、医德治理“四建”举措、医德监督“三维”渠道、医德考评“三合”原则、医德奖惩“四兼”要求的“六维一体”策略,藉此推进医德建设高质量发展。Medical ethics construction is the key link and important guarantee to promote medical development and form a healthy China.The cultivation and practice of medical ethics need to go through four levels:knowledge,emotion,intention and behavior.Based on the four levels,we should cooperate to implement the"six dimensional integration"strategy of medical ethics training,the"three unification"policy of medical ethics training,the"four senses"cultivation of medical ethics emotion,the"four construction"measures of medical ethics governance,the"three-dimensional"channel of medical ethics supervision,the"three combination"principle of medical ethics evaluation and the"four concurrent"requirements of medical ethics reward and punishment,so as to promote the high-quality development of medical ethics construction.
