基于耗散结构理论视角对公立医院法人治理现状的分析与思考

摘　　要：本文简述了我国公立医院法人治理的含义和基本原则,明确了耗散结构理论的基本概念和内涵,在我国公立医院法人治理含义的基础上,从耗散结构理论视角下较详细分析我国目前公立医院法人治理的状况,我国公立医院法人治理尚在初步探索阶段,公立医院具有系统半开放性、内部非线性以及所处状态的不平衡性等耗散结构的特性。公立医院可以通过完善法人治理结构及机制的建立,促进医院系统高层次的耗散结构特征形成,使医院发展不断步上新台阶。This paper briefly describes the meaning and basic principles of corporate governance of public hospitals in my country,and clarifies the basic concepts and connotations of dissipative structure theory.based on the meaning of legal person governance in public hospitals in my country,it is more detailed from the perspective of dissipative structure theory.Analysis of the status of corporate governance of public hospitals in my country:the corporate governance of public hospitals in my country is still in the preliminary exploration stage.public hospitals be able to promote the formation of high-level dissipative structure characteristics of the hospital system by improving the establishment of corporate governance structures and mechanisms,so that the development of hospitals will continue to step up to a new level.
