借力冬(残)奥会医疗保障推进医院文化建设实践与思考——以北京大学第三医院为例

摘　　要：2022年北京冬奥会向世界展现了中国文化的开放、包容,营造了良好的人文奥运环境。北京大学第三医院(简称北医三院)根植于深厚的医院文化,在本届冬奥会中再次筑起医疗保障的安全防线。北医三院作为冬奥定点的医疗保障机构,同时助力北京赛区、延庆赛区、张家口赛区,承担着重要的医疗保障任务。在新时期背景下,医疗保障团队在比赛期间提供了高质量、有温度的医疗服务,为“简约、安全、精彩”的冬奥会提供了坚实的保障,助力冬奥会圆满成功,赢得了国际社会的认可和赞誉。本文介绍了冬奥精神与医院文化建设的融合路径以及取得的成效,希望各医疗机构可以实践借鉴,不断挖掘医院的文化底蕴资源,在实践中不断推进标准化管理,为今后助力国家大型赛事提供坚实的保障。The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics showed the openness and tolerance of Chinese culture to the world,and created a good environment for humanistic Olympics.The Third Hospital of Peking University(referred to as the Third Hospital of Peking University)is rooted in the profound hospital culture,and once again built a security line of medical security in this Winter Olympics.As the designated medical security institution for the Winter Olympics,the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University also assists the Beijing Division,Yanqing Division,and Zhangjiakou Division,and undertakes important medical security tasks.Under the background of the new era,the medical security team provided high-quality and warm medical services during the competition.It provided a solid guarantee for the"simple,safe and exciting"Winter Olympics,helped the Winter Olympics to be a complete success,and won recognition and praise from the international community.This article introduces the integration path and achievements of the Winter Olympics spirit and hospital culture construction,and hopes that medical institutions can learn from practice and continuously tap the cultural heritage resources of hospitals.In practice,we continue to promote standardized management to provide a solid guarantee for assisting national large-scale events in the future.
