摘　　要：目的探讨并分析PDCA循环在医院药房口服药品单剂量摆药机调剂管理中的应用价值。方法本研究选取济宁市第一人民医院10名医护人员为研究对象,选择2021年1—6月摆药机调剂药品612531包为对照组,在本院药房口服药品单剂量摆药机调剂管理实施常规管理,选择2021年7—12月摆药机调剂药品683952包为观察组,在本院药房口服药品单剂量摆药机调剂管理实施PDCA循环管理,两组医护人员均为同一批次,无人员变动。对比两组差错率。结果观察组摆药机调剂的差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环在医院药房口服药品单剂量摆药机调剂管理中可通过计划、实施、检查、处理4个步骤改善摆药机调剂差错,帮助医院药房提升管理质量,保障患者的用药安全。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of PDCA cycle in the dispensing management of single-dose dispensing machines for oral drugs in hospital pharmacies.Methods This study selected 10 medical staff from Jining First People's Hospital as the research objects.Selected 612531 packs of medicines dispensed by the dispensing machine during the period from January to June 2021 as the control group,and routinely manage the dispensing management of single-dose dispensing machines for oral drugs in the pharmacy of the hospital.Selected 683952 packs of medicines dispensed by the dispensing machine from July to December 2021 as the observation group,and implemented PDCA cycle management in the dispensing management of single-dose dispensing machines for oral drugs in the pharmacy of the hospital.The two groups of medical staff were from the same batch,and there was no personnel change.Compared the error rates of the two groups.Results The error rate of the dispensing machine in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the dispensing management of single-dose dispensing machines for oral drugs in hospital pharmacies can improve the dispensing errors of dispensing machines through the four steps of planning,implementation,inspection and processing.It can help improve the management quality of hospital pharmacies and ensure the safety of patients'medication.
