深圳市医务人员对高血压、糖尿病门诊用药保障政策认知及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的基于调查问卷了解深圳市医务人员对高血压、糖尿病门诊用药保障政策(简称“两病”政策)的认知情况及影响因素。方法本研究于2021年11—12月选取深圳市罗湖区、南山区、福田区等6个行政区各级医院、社区健康服务中心的295名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用描述统计、卡方检验和多因素Logistics回归等方法进行数据分析。结果87.12%医务人员了解“两病”政策;Logistics回归分析显示,是否接受过政策培训、社康中家庭医生的专业水平是否满足临床需求、是否引导患者签约家庭医生、“两病”政策实施程度是影响医务人员对“两病”政策认知的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论深圳市医务人员对“两病”政策的知晓率较高,但仍需通过对医务人员加强政策培训、不断提高家庭医生专业水平、提高社康药品配备率等多途径促进“两病”政策的完善和实施。Objective To understand the awareness and influencing factors of medical staff in Shenzhen on the outpatient drug protection policy for hypertension and diabetes(referred to as the"two diseases"policy)based on a questionnaire.Methods This study selected 295 medical staff from hospitals and community health service centers in 6 administrative districts of Shenzhen,including Luohu District,Nanshan District,and Futian District,to conduct a questionnaire survey from November to December 2021.Descriptive statistics,chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression were used for data analysis.Results 87.12%of medical staff understood the"two diseases"policy.Logistics regression analysis shows that whether they have received policy training,whether the professional level of family doctors in social health care meets clinical needs,whether patients are guided to sign family doctors,and the degree of implementation of the"two diseases"policy affect medical staff's perception of the"two diseases"policy(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of the"two diseases"policy among medical staff in Shenzhen is relatively high,but it is still necessary to strengthen policy training for medical staff and continuously improve the professional level of family doctors.The improvement and implementation of the"two diseases"policy will be promoted through various means such as increasing the allocation rate of social health drugs.
