摘　　要：随着医院业务量的增大,纸质病案总量的增多,病案库房存储空间不足的矛盾已经严重影响和制约着医院病案管理事业的发展,各级医院急需探寻符合病案管理要求的纸质病案保存方案。本文利用SWOT分析法对纸质病案第三方托管所面临的内部优劣势和外部机会及威胁进行系统分析,并根据分析结果提出策略建议。医院有必要选择资质正规的第三方公司对纸质病案进行委托保管,将更多医疗资源用于患者服务。With the increase of hospital business volume and the increase of the total amount of paper medical records,the contradiction of insufficient storage space in the medical record warehouse has seriously affected and restricted the development of hospital medical record management.Hospitals at all levels urgently need to explore a paper medical record preservation scheme that meets the requirements of medical record management.This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to systematically analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and threats faced by the third-party custody of paper medical records,and puts forward strategic suggestions based on the analysis results.It is necessary for hospitals to choose a qualified third-party company to entrust the custody of paper medical records and use more medical resources for patient services.
