摘 要:医院人事档案的科学管理,关乎人事任免,是医院合理利用人才资源、科学发展的基础性工作。人事档案管理工作存在缺陷,会影响医院人力资源的进一步开发,制约医院的现代化发展与转型。妥善解决医院人事档案管理问题,已经成为每一位档案管理人员工作的重中之重。不论是从医院角度出发,抑或是从职工角度出发,开展好医院人事档案管理工作,有百利而无一害。本文试讨论医院人事档案管理的重要性,并总结几点医院人事档案管理的常见问题,给出对策,希望为更好地认识与开展医院人事档案管理工作提供借鉴。The scientific management of hospital personnel files is related to the appointment and removal of personnel,and is the basic work for hospitals to rationally utilize human resources and develop scientifically.There are deficiencies in the management of personnel files,which will affect the further development of the hospital's human resources and restrict the modernization and transformation of the hospital,properly solving the problem of hospital personnel file management has become the top priority of every file manager's work.Whether it is from the perspective of the hospital or from the perspective of the employees,it is beneficial to carry out the management of hospital personnel files without any harm.This article attempts to discuss the importance of hospital personnel file management,summarizes some common problems in hospital personnel file management,and gives countermeasures.Hope to provide reference for better understanding and and develppment of hospital personnel files management.
