摘　　要：预防接种属于全球公共卫生工作重点内容,疫苗作为预防性生物制品,也是国家战略性、公益性产品,直接关系人民群众生命健康,关系公共卫生安全。近年我国疫苗效价指标不合格事件时有发生,导致社会公众出现预防接种犹豫。本研究将以龙湖区为例,明确该地区预防性生物制品(疫苗)储存和运输现存问题,并分析该地区预防性生物制品(疫苗)全程冷链及流通溯源管理系统建设情况、构建成效、系统应用实践问题及整改方案,旨在为其他地区建设疫苗全程冷链及流通溯源管理系统提供参考意见。Vaccination belongs to the key content of global public health work.Vaccines,as preventive biological products,are also national strategic and public welfare products,which are directly related to the life and health of the people and public health security.In recent years,incidents of unqualified potency indicators have occurred frequently in our country,causing the public to hesitate to vaccinate.This study will take Longhu District as an example to clarify the existing problems in the storage and transportation of preventive biological products(vaccine)in this area.And analyze the construction of the whole-process cold chain and circulation traceability management system of preventive biological products(vaccine)in the region,the construction effect,the practical problems of system application and the rectification plan.The purpose is to provide reference opinions for other regions to build a whole-process cold chain and circulation traceability management system for vaccines.
