六西格玛管理法在ICU监护仪报警及时应答中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究六西格玛管理法在ICU监护仪报警及时应答中的应用效果。方法江苏省肿瘤医院ICU自2020年1月起成立六西格玛管理团体实施管理,并分别纳入管理方案改善前(2019年9—11月)23名护士与改善后(2020年4—6月)25名护士,对比管理前后ICU护士的监护仪报警及时应答率、监护仪错误报警率及报警应答时间。结果管理后报警应答时间明显短于管理前,其护士心理弹性量表评分及对护理工作环境的满意度评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后ICU护士的监护仪报警及时应答率明显高于管理前,其监护仪错误报警率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU应用六西格玛管理法后,其ICU护士监护仪报警及时应答率得到明显提高,有助于监护仪管理制度及处理流程的进一步完善。Objective To study the application effect of Six Sigma management method in the timely response of ICU monitor alarm.Methods The ICU of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital has established a Six Sigma management group to implement management since January 2020,and included 23 nurses before the improvement(from September to November 2019)and 25 nurses after the improvement(from April to June 2020),respectively.The timely response rate of monitor alarm,monitor false alarm rate and alarm response time of ICU nurses before and after management were compared.Results After the management,the alarm response time was significantly shorter than that before the management,and the scores of the nurses'psychological resilience scale and the satisfaction score of the nursing work environment were higher than those before the management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the timely response rate of monitor alarms of ICU nurses was significantly higher than that before management,and the false alarm rate of monitors was lower than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of Six Sigma management method in ICU,the timely response rate of ICU nurses'monitor alarms has been significantly improved,which is helpful for the further improvement of the monitor management system and processing procedures.
