摘  要:目的研究5S联合5M管理模式在重症监护室抢救物品管理中的应用价值。方法湖南省南方医科大学附属衡阳市中心医院重症医学二科2021年1—6月期间实施常规管理法管理抢救物品,设为对照组,2021年7—12月期间实施5S联合5M模式管理抢救物品,为观察组,比较两种管理方法的质量。结果观察组的管理质量、理论知识考核、实践技能操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理人员满意度、抢救物品管理失误率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症监护室抢救物品管理期间,通过模式进行管理5S联合5M,可以有效提升物品的管理质量。Objective To study the application value of 5S combined with 5M management mode in the management of rescue items in the intensive care unit.Methods From January to June 2021,the Second Department of Critical Care Medicine,Hengyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University,Hunan Province implemented the conventional management method to manage rescue items,set as the control group.From July to December 2021,the 5S combined 5M model implemented the manage rescue items,set as the observation group.Compared the quality of two management approaches.Results The management quality,theoretical knowledge assessment,and practical skills operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff satisfaction and the error rate of rescue items management in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the management of rescue items in the intensive care unit,the combination of 5S and 5M can effectively improve the quality of item management.
