5S管理模式在重症监护病房环境及仪器设备管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究重症监护病房管理工作中采取5S管理模式对于提高环境与仪器设备管理效果的价值。方法选择2020年5月—2021年6月广东省中医院30名重症监护病房医护人员为研究对象,根据不同时间节点所实施的管理模式不同进行分组,2020年5—11月期间以常规管理模式对重症监护病房展开管理,设为实施前,2020年12月—2021年6月期间重症监护病房管理实施5S管理模式,设为实施后。实施前后分别选取55台仪器设备评估仪器设备管理效果。从管理前后仪器设备管理效果、病房环境管理效果及管理满意度对比实施前后管理成效。结果实施后,设备摆放混乱、使用记录缺失、仪器设备损坏发生率分别为5.45%、1.82%和3.64%,均低于实施前的21.82%、12.73%和16.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.252、4.852、4.949,P<0.05);实施后,病房环境管理效果高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,管理满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症监护病房管理工作中运用5S管理模式相比于常规管理而言更有利于提高病房环境及仪器设备管理效果,提高医护人员管理满意度,为患者提供优质管理服务奠定基础。Objective To explore the value of adopting 5S management mode in the management of intensive care unit in improving the management effect of environment and equipment.Methods Thirty medical staff in the intensive care unit of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped according to the management modes implemented by different time nodes.From May to November 2020,the intensive care unit was managed in a conventional management mode,set as before the implementation.From December 2020 to June 2021,the 5S management model was implemented in the management of the intensive care unit,set as after the implementation.At the same time,55 instruments were selected before and after the implementation to evaluate the effect of instrument management.The management effect before and after the implementation was compared from the effect of instrument and equipment management,the effect of ward environment management,and management satisfaction before and after the management.Results After the implementation,the equipment placement was disordered,the use records were missing,and the incidence rates of instrument and equipment damage were 5.45%,1.82%,and 3.64%,respectively,which were lower than 21.82%,12.73%,and 16.36%before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.252,4.852,4.949,P<0.05).The effect of ward environmental management after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine management,the use of 5S management mode in intensive care unit management is more conducive to improving the management effect of ward environment and equipment,improving the management satisfaction of medical staff,and laying a foundation for providing hi
