中医学专业不同班种学生在中医儿科实习的现状调查及思考

摘  要:目的了解中医学专业不同班种学生在中医儿科实习的收获、反思和建议。方法选取2021年1—12月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院实习医学生126名作为研究对象,按照不同班种分为3组,本科五年制63名、5+3一体化29名、境外班34名。采用问卷调查方法,调查中医学专业不同班种学生在中医儿科病房实习阶段的总体情况,了解学生在实习过程中存在的主要问题、反思和建议。结果3个不同班种学生对儿科实习满意度、临床诊疗及教学活动参与度均较高,能够较好地完成病历书写。在提高职业认同感方面,本科5年制学生满意度只有38.7%,低于5+3一体化学生和境外班学生(78.8%、59.3%);在医患沟通和临床操作方面,本科5年制、5+3一体化学生对比境外班学生更为优秀,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医学专业不同班种学生对儿科实习的收获及反思、建议有所不同。在今后临床带教过程中应根据具体情况调整教学方案,重视人文教育、培养医患沟通能力,提高学生学习积极性,提升临床实习和实践教学的效果。Objective To know about the harvest,reflections and suggestions of students from different classes of Chinese medicine majors in the practice of Chinese medicine pediatrics.Methods A total of 126 intern medical students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Divided them into 3 groups according to different classes,63 undergraduate five-year students,29 of 5+3 integrated students,and 34 overseas students.The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the overall situation of students in different classes of TCM majors in the practice stage of TCM pediatric ward,and to understand the main problems,reflections and suggestions of students in the practice process.Results Students of three different classes had higher satisfaction with pediatric practice,participation in clinical diagnosis and treatment and teaching activities,and were able to complete case writing well.In terms of improving their professional identity,the satisfaction degree of undergraduate 5-year students is only 38.7%,which is lower than that of 5+3 integrated students and overseas students(78.8%,59.3%);in terms of doctor-patient communication and clinical operations,undergraduate 5-year,5+3 integrated students are better than overseas students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different classes of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine have different harvests,reflections and suggestions on pediatric practice.In the process of clinical teaching in the future,the teaching plan should be adjust according to the specific situation,focusing on humanistic education,cultivating doctor-patient communication ability,improving students'enthusiasm for learning,and improving the effect of clinical practice and practical teaching.
