摘　　要：目的探讨在皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中问题为中心教学法联合多媒体技术的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月河南科技大学第一附属医院皮肤科住院住院医师60名,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各30名,对照组给予常规理论教学,观察组给予问题为中心教学法联合多媒体技术。比较两组的考试成绩、带教老师的责任感评估、教学效果及学生满意度。结果观察组基础分题、临床病例分析题、理论考试总成绩、临床技能考核成绩、带教老师的必备技能、引导作用得分、教学效果各维度评分及学生满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题为中心教学法联合多媒体技术应用于皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中可有效提升学生的考核成绩,增强带教老师的责任感,提高教学质量和教学效果,整体满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-centered teaching method combined with multimedia technology in the standardized training of dermatology residents.Methods A total of 60 resident physicians in the Department of Dermatology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 in each group.The control group was given conventional theoretical teaching,while the observation group was given problem-centered teaching combined with multimedia technology.The test scores,teacher responsibility assessment,teaching effect and student satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The basic sub-questions,clinical case analysis questions,total theoretical test scores,clinical skills assessment scores,teacher's necessary skills,guiding role scores,teaching effect scores and student satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-centered teaching method combined with multimedia technology in the standardized training of dermatology residents can effectively improve students'assessment results,enhance the sense of responsibility of teachers,improve teaching quality and teaching effect,and the overall satisfaction is high.
