摘  要:目的研究船员艾滋病知识知晓情况及其影响因素,并分析知晓情况与艾滋病相关态度、行为之间的关联性。方法对2020年3月—2021年4月在台州市中医院进行年检办证的船员进行问卷调查,收集并分析其人口学资料和艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为,为采取针对性的健康教育和健康干预提供参考。结果447名船员的艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率为93.74%。教育程度越高的船员,艾滋病知识知晓率越高(P<0.001)。与艾滋病知识不知晓组相比,知晓组更愿意与艾滋病感染者或患者成为朋友,更赞同对艾滋病患者保密,在发生性行为时始终使用安全套的比例也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论教育水平是船员艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素,艾滋病知识知晓情况会影响船员对艾滋病的态度和行为。Objective To study the awareness of AIDS knowledge among seafarers and its influencing factors,and to analyze the correlation between awareness and AIDS-related attitudes and behaviors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the seafarers who underwent annual inspection and certification in Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to April 2021.Collected and analyzed their demographic data and AIDS-related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors to provide references for targeted health education and health interventions.Results The overall awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among 447 crew members was 93.74%.The higher the education level of the crew,the higher the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge(P<0.001).Compared with the ignorant group,the aware group was more willing to become friends with HIV-infected persons or patients,and agreed to keep the AIDS patients confidential,the proportion of consistently using condoms during sex was also higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Education level is an influencing factor of the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among seafarers,and the awareness of AIDS knowledge will affect the attitude and behavior of seafarers towards AIDS.
