街头献血屋对招募血小板捐献者影响的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨街头献血屋对单采献血者招募的影响,以期为指导今后献血者招募提供依据。方法应用现代血站管理系统收集徐州市红十字血液中心站内2018年1月—2019年12月和2020年3月—2022年2月在血站站内和街头献血屋单采血小板献血者的资料,采用问卷调查方式,统计分析站内和街头献血屋开展单采血小板工作的差异,对两种献血场所单采血小板的采集量、采集人次、初次献血者比例等情况进行统计分析和比较。结果现场共发放问卷调查表700份,收回有效问卷655份,回收有效率为93.57%,调查显示:献血者更倾向于选择在街头献血屋捐献血小板。2018年1月—2019年12月站内采集初次单采献血者共1125名,占总人数的33.64%;2020年3月—2022年2月献血屋采集初次单采献血者共1421名,占总人数的36.38%。在相同跨度时间段内,献血屋单采血小板采集量比站内增加5725 U,增长16.32%;单采血小板采集人次增加3215人次,增长17.79%。结论在街头献血屋开展单采血小板工作后,徐州市单采血小板采集情况呈现良好的健康发展趋势,初次单采献血者大幅度增加,壮大了成分血队伍,满足了临床血小板需求,街头献血屋相比站内更能有力推进单采血小板的工作。Objective To investigate the influence of street blood donation houses on the recruitment of apheresis donors,in order to provide a basis for guiding the recruitment of blood donors in the future.Methods The modern blood station management system was used to collect the data of the blood donors who collected platelet blood in the blood station and street blood donation houses from January 2018 to December 2019 and from March 2020 to February 2022 in Xuzhou Red Cross Blood Center.Questionnaire survey was used to statistically analyze the differences between the apheresis work in the station and the street blood donation house,and statistical analysis and comparison were carried out on the amount of apheresis platelets collected in the two blood donation sites,the number of people collected,and the proportion of first-time blood donors.Results A total of 700 questionnaires were distributed and 655 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 93.57%.The survey shows that blood donors are more inclined to choose to donate platelets in street blood donation houses.From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 1125 people of first-time apheresis donors were collected in the station,accounting for 33.64%of the total number.From March 2020 to February 2022,a total of 1421 people of first-time apheresis donors were collected in the blood donation house,accounting for 36.38%of the total number.In the same span of time period,the amount of platelets collected by apheresis in the blood donation house increased by 5725 U compared with that in the station,an increase of 16.32%.The number of apheresis platelet collection increased by 3215,an increase of 17.79%.Conclusion After the work of platelet collection in the street blood donation house,the collection of platelet collection in Xuzhou has shown a good healthy development trend.The number of first-time apheresis donors has increased significantly,the blood component team has been strengthened,and the clinical platelet demand has been met.The blood
