摘　　要：全球医学技术迅猛发展和更迭的速度,使医院国际合作与交流必要性凸显,以外事管理创新为实现路径,不断促进医院外事管理理念、管理方法和管理组织结构的发展,使创新型管理观念的培养、方法的实施与组织的构建能够更大程度上支持和促进医院诊疗技术的创新转化,这样的良性循环是医院外事管理体系的重要目标。该文通过深入分析外事管理在国际合作与交流中的背景、现状、挑战和机遇,探讨国际合作与交流中的外事管理新策略,提升医院高质量发展的核心竞争力。The rapid development and change of global medical technology has made the necessity of international cooperation and exchange of hospitals prominent.The innovation of foreign affairs management is the realization path,and the development of the hospital's foreign affairs management concepts,management methods and management organization structure has been continuously promoted.The cultivation of innovative management concepts,the implementation of methods and the construction of organizations can support and promote the innovation and transformation of hospital diagnosis and treatment technology to a greater extent.Such a virtuous circle is an important goal of the hospital's foreign affairs management system.Through in-depth analysis of the background,current situation,challenges and opportunities of foreign affairs management in international cooperation and exchanges,this paper discusses new strategies for foreign affairs management in international cooperation and exchanges,and the core competitiveness of the hospital's high-quality development is enhanced.
