摘　　要：当前00后大学生的思想行为表现出诸多新特征,对高校共青团思想引领工作提出了新要求。对于00后大学生来说,经济增长速度下行压力带来的虚无主义让他们进入“萌”时代,信息多元带来的自由主义让他们进入“you”时代,社会变迁带来的个人主义让他们进入“宅”时代。高校共青团要找准保持和增强政治性、先进性和群众性的主攻方向,从高扬理想信念、坚持重心下沉、注重多方结合、健全制度体系建设多方面入手,创新00后大学生思想引领工作路径。The college students born after 2000 have many new characteristics in the aspects of ideology,psychological behavior, discourse habits and so on, which have put forward new requirements for the ideological guidance work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. For college students born after 2000,the nihilism brought about by the downward pressure of economic growth rate makes them enter the “cute” era,the liberalism brought about by information diversity makes them enter the “you” era, and the individualism brought about by social changes makes them enter the “house” era. The Communist Youth League of colleges and universities should focus on fighting nothingness with the banner, solve the problems of the information age, start from the ideals and beliefs, adhere to the sinking of the center of gravity, pay attention to the combination of various parties, and improve the system construction.
