课程思政融入“大学生职业生涯规划”课程探析

摘　　要：在经济社会发展的过程中,就业市场形势发生了剧烈变化,对高校大学生的个人能力和综合素质提出了更高的要求。在这一背景下,“大学生职业生涯规划”作为一门必修课程被引入高校教育培养方案中,对帮助高校大学生掌握实践技巧、树立生涯规划意识具有重要作用。随着习近平总书记提出各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,高校开始重视将课程思政教育融入“大学生职业生涯规划”课程中,从而促进大学生的全面发展,树立良好的职业道德观念,为社会主义建设提供人才保障。鉴于此,基于高校“大学生职业生涯规划”课程的教学现状及高校大学生的具体情况,分析现阶段“大学生职业生涯规划”课程教学中存在的问题,并探究将思想政治内容融入“大学生职业生涯规划”课程的有效途径。In the process of economic and social development, the employment market situation has also undergone drastic changes, which put forward stricter requirements on the individual ability and comprehensive quality of college students. In this context, Career Planning, as a compulsory course, has been introduced into college education and training programs, which plays an important role in helping college students master practical skills and establish awareness of career planning. As General Secretary Xi Jinping proposes that the courses of all disciplines in colleges and universities should be the same as the courses of ideological and political theory, colleges and universities began to attach importance to integrating ideological and political education into Career Planning of college students, so as to promote all-round development of college students, establish good professional ethics,and provide talent guarantee for socialist construction. In view of this, based on the teaching status quo of Career Planning in colleges and universities and the specific situation of college students, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of Career Planning at this stage, and explores effective ways to integrate the ideological and political content into Career Planning of college students.
