摘  要:近年来,国际油价走势震荡,尤其是在低油价时期,石油公司保增长保效益压力巨大,产量需求和成本效益决策之间的矛盾愈发凸显,长期的低利润甚至亏损更会影响石油公司的长期发展。文章以效益配产为抓手,摸索以价值产量来结构性拓宽公司盈利空间,推进公司实现增储上产、降本增效双目标的优化配产思路。并以A石油公司“五步法”优化配产提效降本案例实践为例,介绍以油气桶油EBIT作为价值产量的衡量指标,综合公司油气生产形势,各生产单元盈利情况分析,搭建油气EBIT平衡价的预测模型。并基于不同油价区间确定价值产量范围,制定配产策略和详细实施措施,实现既定的产量效益双达标,为低油价下石油公司稳产提效,打赢低油价攻坚战抛砖引玉,提供思路。In recent years,the trend of international oil prices has fluctuated,especially in the period of low oil prices,oil companies are under great pressure to maintain growth and profitability.The contradiction between production demand and costeffective decision-making has become increasingly prominent.Long-term low profits or even losses will affect oil companies’longterm development.This article uses profit allocation as a starting point,explores the use of value production to structurally broaden the company’s profit margins,and promotes the company’s optimization of production allocation to achieve the dual goals of increasing reserves and production,reducing costs and increasing efficiency.This example,formulate production allocation strategies and detailed implementation measures to achieve the established output and efficiency both meet the standards.Provide ideas for oil companies to stabilize production and improve efficiency under low oil prices,and to win the battle against low oil prices.
