摘  要:烟气流量是衡量烟草生产质量和效率的重要指标,流量测量的准确程度直接关系着烟气流量的经济效益。传统的流量测量方法是以经验或手写数据为基础,通过对烟气的物理和化学成分分析来确定其分布范围。这种检测方式存在着诸多不足,无法准确描述烟气流量在流动过程中的变化。而空间坐标系具有时间维度大、测量精度高等特点,因此利用传统方法计算出的结果存在一定程度上主观性。针对这些问题,文章提出了基于多点阵列式烟气流量测量的方法,该方案采用的是空间坐标系和时间域相结合的分析方式实现对烟汽流场进行标定。文章对多点阵列式烟气流量测量系统进行分析论述,结合实际对流量标定提出具体测量方案,并组织实施。Flue gas flow is an important index to measure the quality and efficiency of tobacco production.The accuracy of flow measurement is directly related to the economic benefits of flue gas flow.Traditional flow measurement method is based on experience or handwritten data,through the physical and chemical composition analysis of flue gas to determine its distribution range,there are many deficiencies,cannot accurately describe the changes in flue gas flow,and the spatial coordinate system has large time dimension,high measurement accuracy,so using the traditional method to calculate the results have a certain degree of subjectivity.For these problems,the multipoint array-based flue gas flow is proposed measurement method,this scheme adopts the combination of spatial coordinate system and time domain to realize the calibration of the smoke flow field.This paper analyzes the multi-point array flue gas flow measurement system,puts forward the specific measurement scheme for the actual flow calibration,and organizes the implementation.
