摘  要:大连发电厂为实现“零取水、零排放”的双零要求,采用将循环冷却排污水经石灰预处理后再进行浓缩减量的处理。在循环冷却排污水石灰预处理时,会生成一定量的污泥,主要成分为CaCO_(3)、Mg(OH)_(2)。该成分与用于电厂脱硫系统的石灰石浆液基本相同,在理论上可用于脱硫,且无需对污泥进行脱水处理。这不仅实现了污泥的资源化再利用,降低污泥的处理成本,同时可减少电厂脱硫系统石灰石的用量。在实践中需考虑污泥相对于石灰石的差异性,并控制对脱硫系统产生的影响。In order to achieve the double-zero requirement of"Zero water intake and zero discharge",Dalian power plant adopts the process of pre-treating the circulating cooling effluent with Lime and then concentrating and reducing the quantity.A certain amount of sludge will be generated when circulating cooling effluent is pretreated with lime,The main components of sludge are CaCO_(3),Mg(OH)_(2).The composition is basically the same as the limestone slurry used in the desulfurization system of the power plant.In theory,it can be used for desulfurization without dehydration of sludge.This not only realizes the reuse of sludge as a resource,reduces the cost of sludge treatment,but also reduces the amount of limestone used in the desulfurization system of the power plant.In practice,the difference between sludge and limestone shall be considered and the influence on desulfurization system shall be controlled.
