摘 要:输油气管线需注以高内压使其内的天然气及油类顺利输送,再加上输油气管时常会因外在环境的影响而受挠曲作用,故本研究的主要目的旨在探讨输油气钢管于承受高内压与挠曲作用时的挠曲强度与韧性行为,以作为评估地下管线安全性的依据,并针对输油气钢管的接合及修补的方式,即“对焊接合”与“套管焊接修补”的型式,分析探讨输油气管的挠曲强度。Oil and gas pipelines need to be injected with high internal pressure to enable smooth transportation of natural gas and oil in them.In addition,oil and gas pipelines are often flexed due to the influence of the external environment.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to the flexural strength and toughness behavior of oil and gas transmission steel pipes under high internal pressure and deflection are discussed,as a basis for evaluating the safety of underground pipelines,and the joint and repair method of oil and gas transmission pipes,namely"butt welding".The flexural strength of oil and gas pipelines with the type of"casing welding repair"were analyzed and discussed in the paper.
