摘　　要：阐释中国式现代化道路的经济文明机理,首先需要在社会主义市场经济的历史经纬及其时代使命中发现它的特殊性内涵和“坚持以人民为中心”的价值范导。在此基础上,厘清经济理性与政治理性的关系,澄明国家治理体系与治理能力现代化对资本的激励与约束,指明资本在中国特色社会主义制度下的三重限度。与此同时,通过反思传统“义利之辨”的核心程式切中中国精神的时代表达,在伦理方面形塑现代化的灵魂支撑。中国式现代化道路的世界历史意义表现为生成了人类经济文明新形态。它不仅开辟了具有自身特殊性的历史进步模式,更为世界其他文明通往现代化提供了可供选择的中国方案。To explain the economic and civilized mechanism of the Chinese modernization road, we first need to find its connotation and the value guidance of “insisting on taking the people as the center” in the historical longitude and latitude of the socialist market economy and its mission of the times. On this basis, this paper clarifies the relationship between economic rationality and political rationality, clarifies the incentive and constraint of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity on capital, and points out the three limits of capital under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. The world historical significance of the Chinese modernization road is that it has generated a new form of human economic civilization, which has opened up a historical progress mode with its own particularity, and provided alternative Chinese programs for other civilizations in the world to achieve modernization.
