摘 要:近年来,“学霸集体”在高校中越来越受鼓励。探究“学霸集体”的形成及特点对于发挥高校育人作用,促进学生专业学习能力的提高具有积极意义。社会资本是嵌入社会关系中的一种特殊资源,其核心要素是信任、互惠、规范和参与,与“学霸集体”的形成之间存在紧密的逻辑关联,是促进“学霸集体”形成的重要因素。因此,高校需要通过培育学生间的社会信任、非正式制度、加强规范化管理和培育学习共同体文化等途径来推进“学霸集体”的构建。In recent years, the “study hegemony group” has become more and more popular among colleges and universities. Exploring the formation and characteristics of the “study hegemony group” is of positive significance for exerting the education role of colleges and universities and promoting students to improve their professional learning ability. Social capital, as a special resource embedded in social relations with trust, reciprocity, norms, and participation as its core elements, has a close logical connection with the formation of the “study hegemony collective” and is an important factor in the formation of the “study hegemony collective”. Therefore, colleges and universities need to promote the construction of “student hegemony collectives” by fostering social trust among students, informal systems, strengthening standardized management, and fostering a culture of learning community.
