摘　　要：首先介绍了石蜡的特征与形成机理,并对石蜡的危害进行了说明,其次以DAVY甲醇合成为例,围绕石蜡控制方法展开了讨论,指出要想有效控制结蜡,关键是要做到多管齐下,在控制床层温度及合成气组分的同时,对换热器进行清理,另外,还要重视减少杂质和控制甲醇含量,最后对实证有效的控制措施进行了总结。The article first introduces the characteristics and formation mechanism of paraffin,and explains the harm of paraffin.Secondly,taking DAVY methanol synthesis as an example,it discusses the control method of paraffin,and points out that in order to effectively control paraffin,the key is to do In a multi-pronged approach,the heat exchanger should be cleaned while controlling the bed temperature and synthesis gas composition.In addition,attention should be paid to reducing impurities and controlling methanol content.Finally,the empirically effective control measures are summarized.
