摘  要:脱硫废水是火电厂水梯级利用的最后一个环节,污染物浓度高,成分复杂,含有各类重金属离子,采用“双膜法减量-双流旁路烟道蒸发”工艺对其进行处理。工程实践证明,处理后可以回收60%的淡水,优于厂区工业用水水质,剩余浓缩液进入双流旁路烟道蒸发实现零排放。其工艺具有以废治废、回收水资源、不产生额外结晶盐的特点。Desulfurization wastewater is the last link of cascade utilization of water in thermal power plants.It has high pollutant concentration,complex composition and contains all kinds of heavy metal ions.The process of “Double membrane decrement-Double flow bypass flue evaporation” is adopted to treat it.Engineering practice has proved that 60% of fresh water can be recovered after treatment,which is better than the industrial water quality in the plant area.The remaining concentrated liquid enters the double flow bypass flue for evaporation to achieve zero emission.The process has the characteristics of treating waste with waste,recovering water resources and no additional crystalline salt.
