摘  要:介绍了延安石油化工厂轻烃中心2万t/a废酸再生装置的工艺原理、技术特点、影响酸浓的因素及提高酸浓的措施。该装置处理烷基化产生的废酸,经过高温裂解、除尘、氧化、冷却及尾气净化等过程,将烷基化来的浓度为92%的废酸转换为98%的新鲜浓硫酸再送至烷基化装置循环使用,最终尾气达标排放,既保护了环境又节约了成本,达到了可持续发展的目的。The process principle,technical characteristics,factors affecting acid concentration and measures to improve acid concentration of 20000 t /a waste acid regeneration unit in light hydrocarbon center of Yan’an petrochemical plant are introduced.The unit processes the waste acid produced by alkylation.Through the processes of high-temperature cracking,dust removal,oxidation,cooling and tail gas purification,the waste acid with the concentration of 92% from alkylation is converted into 98% fresh concentrated sulfuric acid,which is sent to the alkylation unit for recycling.Finally,the tail gas is discharged up to the standard,which not only protects the environment,but also saves the cost and achieves the purpose of sustainable development.
