摘 要:采用非均相催化剂对偏二甲肼废水臭氧处理技术进行研究,通过处理过程中对偏二甲肼浓度、化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮的测定,对各催化剂的处理效果进行对比分析。结果表明,Cu-Mn-Ru/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂的处理效果最好,Cu/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂和Cu-Mn/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂次之,Al_(2)O_(3)最差,说明贵金属的引入,能够大幅提升臭氧向活性氧自由基的转化效率,进而提升偏二甲肼废水的处理效率。The ozone treatment technology of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine wastewater was studied by using heterogeneous catalysts, and the treatment effects of each catalyst were compared and analyzed by measuring the concentration of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen. The results show that the Cu-Mn-Ru/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst has the best treatment effect, followed by the Cu/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst and the Cu-Mn/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst, and the Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst is the worst, indicating that the introduction of noble metal can greatly improve the conversion efficiency of ozone to active oxygen radicals, thereby improving the treatment efficiency of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine wastewater.
