摘　　要：阿司匹林肠溶片,属非甾体类抗炎药物,具有解热、镇痛、消炎的功效,其主要成分为乙酰水杨酸,又称阿司匹林。阿司匹林肠溶片的安全性与疗效,主要取决于其中所含的乙酰水杨酸的含量。目前,对阿司匹林肠溶片中乙酰水杨酸含量测定的方法,主要以高效液相色谱法为主,同时,在阿司匹林肠溶片高效液相色谱(HPLC)法含量测定的方法中,对于测定流动相,以甲醇-0.5%乙酸溶液(37∶63),以及甲醇-水-冰醋酸=8∶4∶1等方法居多;但以磷酸溶液为流动相的方法比较少见,本文参照《中国药典》2020年版所记载阿司匹林肠溶片含量测定的方法,同样采用高效液相色谱法,以Diamonsi L C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(1∶1)作为流动相,流动相流速为1 m L·min^(-1),柱温控制在30℃,在276 nm波长处测定阿司匹林肠溶片的含量。结果:在上述色谱条件下,阿司匹林肠溶片中的乙酰水杨酸浓度在10~100μg范围内时,其乙酰水杨酸的含量与其色谱峰的峰面积有较好的线性关系。Aspirin enteric coated tabLets,Is A non-steroidaL anti infLammatory drugs,with antipyretic,anaLgesic,antiinfLammatory effect,Its main component is acetyLsaLicyLic acid,ALso known as Aspirin The safety and efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tabLets mainLy depend on the content of AcetyLsaLicyLic acid,At the moment,Method for the determination of acetyLsaLicyLic acid in aspirin enteric-coated tabLets,MainLy High-performance Liquid chromatography,In the meantime In the determination of Aspirin enteric-coated tabLets by HPLC,the mobi Le phase was determined by methano L:0.5%acetic acid so Lution(37∶63)[1],methano L:Water:GLacia L Acetic acid=8∶4∶1[2]In this paper,the method for the determination of Aspirin enteric-coated tabLets in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)was a Lso High-performance Liquid chromatography,using DiamonsiL C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)as coLumn The content of aspirin enteric-coated tabLets was determined with 0.1%phosphoric acid soLution∶acetonitriLe(1∶1)as mobiLe phase,the fLow rate of mobiLe phase was 1 m L^(-1)·Min,the coLumn temperature was controLLed at 30℃,and the waveLength of Aspirin enteric-coated tabLets was 276 nm.ResuLts:under the above chromatographic conditions,when the concentration of acetyLsaLicyLic acid in aspirin enteric-coated tabLets was in the range of 10μg-100μg,the content of AcetyLsaLicyLic acid had a good Linear reLationship with the peak area of its chromatographic peak.
