纳米硫酸钡的原位改性和湿法改性对比研究

摘  要:笔者采用两种不同的改性方法:原位改性和湿法改性,于室温下,通过添加用量为5%的改性剂SDS,对纳米硫酸钡进行表面改性研究。原位改性的方法分别考察了撞击流量和反应物浓度对改性后的纳米硫酸钡活化度的影响,湿法改性的方法分别考察了改性转速和改性时间对改性后的纳米硫酸钡活化度的影响。笔者分别采用了红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对进行了原位改性与湿法改性两种不同方法改性后的纳米硫酸钡的包覆情况、形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,撞击流量为23 L/h、反应物浓度为1.2 mol/L,原位改性可以得到活化度为48.34%的碎块状疏水性的纳米硫酸钡;改性转速为7000 rpm、改性时间为15 min,湿法改性可以得到活化度为78.76%的粉末状疏水性的纳米硫酸钡。Using the two different methods of the in-situ modification and wet modification by adding 5%dosage of modifier SDS,the modification of nano barium sulfate has been studied.The impact of flow and reactant concentration on the activation degree of modified nano barium sulfate has been investigated in-situ modification.The influence of the modified rotational speed and the modification time on on the activation degree of modified nano barium sulfatehas been investigated in wet method modification.Using infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer and scanning electron microscope(sem),the modified cladding situation and the morphology of the nano barium sulfate have been characterized in-situ modification and wet method modification.The experimental results have showed that the traffic for 23L/h,concentration of reactants for1.2 mol/L,48.34%activated degree of fragmental hydrophobic nano barium sulfate can be acquired in in-situ modification.Speed for 7000 rpm,modification time for 15 min,78.76%activated degree of powder hydrophobic nano barium sulfate can be acquired in wet method modification.
