摘 要:本文以应用河网非恒定流水动力模型计算得到的流量和实测水位为边界条件,采用InfoWorks ICM软件构建雨水管网和河网耦合的城市排水模型,模拟工程建成前后河道水位和积水情况,评估内涝风险变化。结果表明,遭遇50年一遇梅汛降雨,本工程建成后河道水位平均降幅0.4m,积水深度超过5cm的积水面积、积水量分别减少85%、89%,排涝效果显著,大幅降低了杭州城西区域内涝风险,使其治涝标准达50年一遇。研究成果对其他大型泵站效益分析具有一定参考价值。The water flow calculated by the unsteady flow hydrodynamic model of application river network and the measured water levels are used as boundary conditions.The InfoWorks ICM software is used to construct the urban drainage model of rainwater pipe network and river network coupling.The change of river level and regional waterlogging before and after the completion of the project is simulated.The results show that in the case of 50-year rainstorm,the average decrease of river level is 0.4m,the area and amount of water accumulated in the region are reduced by 85%and 89%respectively after the completion of the project.The drainage effect of the project is significant,thereby greatly reducing the waterlogging risk in the western region of Hangzhou.Its waterlogging control standard reaches 50-year.The research results have certain reference value for benefit analysis of other large pumping stations.
