摘 要:为保证水闸安全,解决感潮河道上水闸因内外水位差不断变化而无法准确控制过闸流量的问题,本文通过对感潮河道上大量首次启门时过闸水流的流态统计分析,归纳出两种不同的闸下出流流态,并建立对应的水力学模型和流量-开度-水位差关系,绘制出相应的曲线,建立数据库。同时,通过现场设备把采集的闸内外水位、要求控制的流量记录在数据库中,以备查询,确定闸门的开度值,最后通过系统软硬件对过闸流量实现自动化控制。这种方法控制流量准确、自动化程度高,实现了水闸的安全运行,具有一定的实用价值。The water level difference inside and outside the sluice is constantly changed on the tidal river channel,so it is unable to accurately control the lock traffic problems.Two different outflowing states under the gate are concluded in the paper through flow state statistic analysis of gate flow during massive first-time gate opening on tidal river in order to ensure the safety of sluice.Corresponding hydraulic model and flow-opening-water level difference relationship are established.A corresponding curve is drawn and a database is established.Meanwhile,the collected gate inside and outlet water level and required flow are recorded in the database through the equipment in the site for inquiry.The gate opening value is determined,and the automatic control of the gate flow is realized through system software and hardware.The method is characterized by accurate flow control and high automatic level.Safe operation of the gate is realized.It has certain practical value.
