水利设备中二极管钳位型五电平逆变器优化均压算法研究

摘  要:如何利用高压大功率变换装置降低水利设备单位产值能耗已成为当前亟待解决的重要问题。在新型高压大功率变换装置中,多电平变换器凭借其突出的性能而被广泛研究。二极管钳位型五电平相对三电平具有诸多优势,但其存在直流侧电容电压均压困难的问题。本文在现有的研究成果基础上,针对不同七段式矢量序列对于直流侧电容电压的调节作用,采用了一种高低调制比不相同的新型均压控制策略,解决了二极管钳位型五电平逆变器均压困难的问题。通过仿真与实验表明,新型SVPWM均压算法具有良好的均压能力,性能优异,值得推广应用。How to reduce energy consumption per unit output value of hydraulic equipment with high-voltage and highpower converter has become a to-be-solved important problem.The multilevel converter has been widely studied because of its outstanding performance in the novel high voltage and high power converter.The diode clamp type five-level has many advantages compared with three-level,but it has the problem of difficult voltage equalization of DC capacitor.A novel voltage equalization control strategy with different high and low modulation ratio is adopted to solve the difficult voltage equalization problem of diode clamp five-level inverter aiming at the regulation effect of different seven-section vector sequences on DC capacitor voltage on the basis of the existing research results.Simulation and experiment show that the novel SVPWM algorithm has excellent pressure equalization ability and excellent performance,which is worthy of popularization and application.
