摘　　要：传统高压旋喷桩在流砂地层中成桩质量差,旋喷桩强度低,严重影响地基处理效果,为解决上述问题,在充分研究当前高压旋喷桩机械设备特点,并借鉴当前可提高流砂地层高压旋喷桩成桩质量和强度的较有效方法的基础上,改进和创新现有技术,设计了先利用膨润土泥浆旋喷定型成桩,保障成桩质量,然后再利用水泥浆复旋喷,保障旋喷桩强度的技术思路,并通过试验确定施工参数和具体施工步骤,形成相应的施工技术,并应用于具体工程,提高了施工效率,节省了资源,取得了较好的经济社会效益。Traditional high pressure jet grouting pile has disadvantages of poor pile formation quality,and low jet grouting pile strength in quicksand stratum,thereby seriously affecting the foundation treatment effect.The mechanical equipment characteristics of the current high pressure rotary jet grouting piles are fully studied in order to solve the above problems.The current efficient method of improving the high-pressure jet grouting pile formation quality and strength in the quicksand stratum are applied.Existing technology can be improved and innovated on the basis.The following thought is designed:the bentonite slurry jet grouting pile formation is utilized firstly to guarantee the quality of the pile formation,and the slurry re-jet grouting is utilized to guarantee the jet grouting pile strength.The construction parameters and specific construction procedures are determined through the test.Corresponding construction technique is formed,which is applied to the specific project,thereby improving the construction efficiency,saving resources,and achieving excellent economic and social benefits.
