摘 要:为实现多层和高层住宅建筑内强电及弱电垂直干线的敷设应合规选择电气竖井的位置,使其满足国家、行业及地方标准的要求;同时,也应合理设计电气竖井的大小,使其满足布线间隔及端子箱、配电箱、弱电箱等设备布置所需尺寸,并兼顾安装与维护的操作距离。通过对多层住宅、高层住宅强弱电系统的构成进行分析,针对不同类型住宅强弱电管井内设备的组成情况,探讨如何通过设计优化,使住宅建筑电气竖井设置合规,布置合理,尺寸最小。In order to realize the laying of strong and weak current vertical trunk lines in multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings,the location of electrical shaft shall be selected in accordance with the regulations to meet the requirements of national,industrial and local standards;At the same time,the size of the electrical shaft shall also be reasonably designed to meet the required size of wiring interval and equipment layout such as terminal box,distribution box and weak current box,and take into account the operation distance of installation and maintenance.This paper analyzes the composition of strong and weak current system of multi-storey residence and high-rise residence,and discusses how to make the setting of electrical shaft of residential building compliant,reasonable layout and minimum size through design optimization according to the composition of equipment in strong and weak current tube shaft of different types of residence.
