摘　　要：阐述了电源中性点不接地系统(IT系统)中绝缘监测的主要原理和方法,对于目前主要应用的绝缘监测装置技术和应用上的不足,提出自适应测量脉冲测量法(AMP测量法)是绝缘监测技术最新发展方向的观点。探讨了根据此原理和方法研发的绝缘监测装置的技术特点、方案以及在项目上的应用等。The article is to explicate main principles and methods of insulation monitoring in power supply isolated neutral system(IT system).In view of technology and application shortcomings of existing Insulation Monitoring Devices(IMD);Make a point that Adaptive Measuring Pulse measuring principle method(AMP measuring method)is latest development direction.To discuss about technical feature,solution as well as application in municipal project of IMD base on AMP measuring method.The article share information about research and application of IMD in IT system,and give reference for users to realize insulation monitoring and predictive maintenance.
