摘　　要：从完善考试大纲、优化试题开发、规范考试组织管理、加强考试评价与结果反馈、探索考试新模式等5个方面,回顾了党的十八大以来医师资格考试改革取得的成绩。同时从完善制度政策、优化考试设计、强化考务管理和加强新技术研发等角度,展望了“十四五”期间医师资格考试的改革方向。经过10年的改革发展,医师资格考试设计更为科学,考务管理更加规范,医师准入质量明显提升,为深化医药卫生体制改革提供了坚实的人力资源保障。This paper reviews the achievements in the reform of the doctor qualification examinations since the 18th CPC National Congress in five aspects,including improving the syllabus,optimizing examination development,regulating the organization of the examination,improving evaluation and feedback and exploring the new mode of the examination.At the same time,the paper also looks into the future reform of the examination during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from the perspectives of improving policies,examination design and management as well as strengthening new technology research and development.It is believed that after ten years of reform and development,the examination is now more scientific in design and more standardized in process management;and the quality of physicians licensed by the examination has been raised,providing a solid human resource guarantee for deepening the reform of the medical and health system.
