摘  要:针对VVER卧式蒸汽发生器传热管二次侧结垢对涡流检测信号影响的问题,对传热管二次侧结垢进行模拟、分析。为了明确不同形式分布的结垢对涡流幅值的影响,通过控制变量的方法得出其中的关系,为后续VVER卧式蒸汽发生器传热管在役涡流检测提供了数据支持。In view of the influence of fouls within the secondary side of heat transfer tube of VVER horizontal steam generator on eddy current inspection signal, the fouls within the secondary side of heat transfer tube is simulated and the experimental research is carried out.In order to clarify the influence of different forms of fouls on eddy current amplitude, their relationship was obtained by controlling variables, which provides data support for subsequent in-service eddy current inspection of heat transfer tube of VVER steam generator.
