摘　　要：目的了解MCS+血细胞分离机采集血小板出现冲红现象的原因。方法将在机采血小板过程中出现冲红的12例献血者作为冲红组,随机选择血小板采集正常的18例献血者作为对照组。对两组献血者采集前血常规主要参数白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(Hct)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞平均分布宽度(RDW)、血小板计数(PLT)、外周血血小板的平均体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)和大血小板比率(P-LCR)等指标进行检测分析。结果冲红组中献血者的RBC、Hb、Hct、MCV、MCH、MCHC均低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论机采血小板冲红现象与外周血的Hb、Hct、MCV、MCH、MCHC参数有关。Objective To understand the cause of erythema in platelets collected by MCS+blood cell separator.Methods 12 blood donors who had red blood during platelet collection were selected as the red blood group,and 18 blood donors who had normal blood platelet collection were selected as the control group.Main parameters of the two groups before blood collection routine blood leucocyte count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cells deposited(Hct),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),the average content of hemoglobin(MCH),red blood hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),average red blood cell distribution width(ROW),platelet count(PLT),the average peripheral blood platelet volume(MPV)and platelet volume distribution width(PDW)and the ratio of large platelet(P-LCR),and other indicators for testing analysis.Results RBC,Hb,Hct,MCV,MCH and MCHC of blood donors in the red flush group were all lower than those in the normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The platelet flushing phenomenon is related to the parameters of Hb,Hct,MCV,MCH,MCHC in peripheral blood.
