耳穴压豆法治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究耳穴压豆疗法治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效。方法选取16例符合诊断标准的季节性过敏性鼻炎患者,予以耳穴压豆疗法治疗,分别比较基线期、第一次访视、第二次访视及随访期的鼻症状(鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏)评分及症状总分(TNSS)。结果经耳穴压豆治疗后,访视期和随访期患者流涕、鼻痒及喷嚏症状评分与基线期评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆疗法对于改善季节性过敏性鼻炎患者的流涕、鼻痒及喷嚏症状具有实际意义,临床效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point sticking therapy on patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixteen patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis who met the diagnostic criteria were treated with auricular point sticking therapy.The scares of nasal synptoms(nasal obstruction,rhinorrhea,rhinocnesmus and sneezing)and total synptom score(TNSS)were conpared at baseline,at the first visit,at the second visit and at the follonp period.Results After auricular point sticking,the scares of rhinorrhea,ihinocnesmus and sneezing during the visit period and followrup period were statistically different from those during the baseline period(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking therapy has practical significance in inproving the synptoms of rhinorrhea,rhinocnesmus and sneezing in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis.
