自拟凉血解毒汤联合NB-UVB光疗治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析自拟凉血解毒汤联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)光疗治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法选择80例寻常型银屑病患者进行前瞻性对照研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组予以NB-UVB照射治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用自拟凉血解毒汤;疗程均为8周。综合评价两组临床疗效并进行统计学比较。结果观察组治疗后PASI评分、DLQI评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟凉血解毒汤联合NB-UVB光疗能协同改善寻常型银屑病皮损,有利于病情缓解,且安全性较好。Objective To analyze the efficacy of self-designed Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with narrow-spectrum ULTRAVIOLET radiation(NEHJVB)phototherapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Eighty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with NB-UVB irradiation,and the observation group was additionally treated with self-designed cooling blood jiedu decoxrtion The treatment course was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and statistically compared.Results Psoriatic skin area and severity index(PASI)score and skin quality of life Index(DLQI)score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control groq(P<O.05).The total clinical effective rate of observation groqp was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-designed Liangxue Jiuoiu decoxrtion combined with NB-UVB phototherapy can improve the psoriasis vulgaris,which is beneficial to the remission of psoriasis vulgaris,and has a good safety.
