装配式结构中暗柱三角箍木模及T形筋吊模的应用研究

摘　　要：北安河车辆段综合利用项目为42栋装配饰住宅,首层至2层现浇,4~9层标准层少,装配率高,现浇构件较少,采用定制铝膜、定制钢框木模等造成成本过高、利用率低,直接使用木模质量不佳。根据工程结构特点,本工程采用金属三角箍与木模组合为暗柱模板,由T形筋与木模形成现浇带吊模,有效解决了施工过程中现浇结构质量要求高且成本需降低的问题。Beianhe vehicle depot comprehensive utilization project for 42 assembly decorated house,the first floor to 2 layer is cast-in-situ,4~9 layer is with less standard layer and high assembly rate,the cast-in-place component is few.Using custom aluminum film,custom steel box wood pattern caused high cost,low utilization,and wood pattern is directly lead to poor quality.According to the characteristics of the engineering structure,this project adopts the combination of metal triangle hoop and wood mold as the dark column template,and adopts the combination of T-shaped composite reinforcement and wood mold to form the cast-in-place hanging mold,which effectively solves the problem of high quality requirements and cost reduction of cast-in-place structure in the construction process.
